Content Ownership & Rights
You retain full ownership of all content (music, images, text, videos) that you upload to IndieStageClub. We do not claim any ownership rights over your creative work.
By uploading content, you grant IndieStageClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content on the platform
- Stream your music to visitors
- Feature your work in our discovery feed and promotional materials
- Share your profile via social media and marketing channels
You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or closing your account.
Artist Responsibilities
As an artist on IndieStageClub, you agree to:
- Only upload content you own or have permission to share
- Not infringe on others' copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Provide accurate information in your profile
- Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Respect other artists and community members
Platform Usage
IndieStageClub is free for artists. We do not charge fees for:
- Creating an artist profile
- Uploading music and content
- Being featured in the discovery feed
- Receiving donations directly from fans
Premium features (like homepage spotlights) may be available for a fee. These are always optional.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including:
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Spamming or fraudulent activity
- Illegal content
Limitation of Liability
IndieStageClub is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure a great experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of IndieStageClub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
